Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026. By using Santa Paws you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Santa Paws generates stylized Christmas portraits from pet photos you upload. First renders are free watermarked previews; HD, watermark-free downloads consume credits purchased via one-time packs. The Pet + You style consumes two credits per photo. Credits do not expire and have no cash value.

2. Who can use it

Adults 18 and over. Pet-only photos are exempt from the age rule, but any photo containing people — including the second photo in the Pet + You style — must show only people aged 18 or older, and you must have their consent. Generating requires signing in with Google; you are responsible for your Google account and for keeping it in your control.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload photos of people or pets you don't have the right to use. Don't use generated images to mislead anyone about real people, events, or endorsements. Don't attempt to generate sexual, violent, or hateful content; styles are generic Christmas looks and deliberately exclude trademarked characters. We may refuse or discontinue service for abuse.

4. Refunds

Failed generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically and immediately. Beyond that, our promise is simple: if a finished HD photo — including the person in a Pet + You portrait — genuinely doesn't look like the photos you uploaded, email support@petchristmasphoto.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of your payment — no forms, no arguing. When a payment is refunded, the credits issued by that payment are removed from the balance (we may decline further refunds where refunds are requested repeatedly or in bad faith). Credits never expire and are otherwise non-refundable — except where your payment provider's consumer protections require otherwise.

5. Images

You may share, post, and print the images you generate, including as cards and gifts. They are AI-stylized portrayals and may not be a perfect likeness of your pet. You remain responsible for how you use them.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
